Doula Monique is very instrumental in helping me decide to go for an all-natural, medication-free water birth for my first baby. She’s very approachable and relatable, and she didn’t fail to equip me with everything I need to survive (physically, mentally, spiritually) and even enjoy the birthing process. I also love how she’s very accessible online everytime to answer any questions I have, either about L&D, hypnobirthing or postpartum and newborn care! She wasn’t able to accompany me during labor and delivery due to hospital policy but the knowledge and advices she imparted to me boosted my confidence and definitely contributed to my successful normal delivery.
